An Outdoor Garden Soirée in Bethlehem
Videography by Stagger Films
A wedding begins with a vision, but it comes to life through thoughtful planning and intentional design. For Sarah and Mike, their romantic spring wedding became a hallmark celebration, shared in the soft embrace of Weyhill Guest House. With the venue selected and hearts open to inspiration, we at Lavish Haus knew this would be a celebration remembered for a lifetime. Entrusted with transforming their vision into a timeless design, we curated every moment with care and intention. Through thoughtful execution and refined touches, guests were left in awe—allowing the couple to fully savor the joy of their new beginning.
The Palette of the Season, Translated Through Design
The essence of spring came alive in a refined palette of greens, blush, and nature-inspired tones. Using alternating shades of green linen from Nuage Designs, the reception space blended seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Scalloped white chargers, soft green bread plates, and blush napkins brought softness and elegance to each place setting, while crystal-clear drinkware kept the focus on the fresh spring florals that adorned each table.
Our tented reception was designed to reflect the romance of the season. With garden-forward florals from Feel Good Florals and string lighting by On Q Productions, the design created a warm, immersive atmosphere beneath the canopy. Towering foliage wraps and delicate blooms framed the space, while the checkered dance floor from Adam’s Rental added depth and natural texture to this sophisticated setting.
Intimate Touches with Intentional Meaning
At Lavish Haus, we believe a truly memorable celebration lies in the moments that feel personal, thoughtful, and deeply connected to the couple’s story. For Sarah and Mike, that meant ensuring every guest felt not only welcomed, but genuinely seen. As guests transitioned from cocktail hour into the reception, they were greeted by a beautifully curated escort display. Each individual name was handwritten on a crisp tag, clearly marked with their table assignment, creating an intentional flow into the reception space.
Once at their tables, guests discovered personalized place cards set with refreshments, a refined yet heartfelt gesture that made each setting feel uniquely theirs. Adding an extra layer of sentiment, the bride surprised her guests with handwritten notes—short messages tucked at each place that expressed gratitude, love, or fond memories. These simple but powerful details invited each guest into the celebration in a meaningful way, creating moments of warmth that lingered well beyond the evening.
Crafted Moments That Captivate
Elevated design lives in the details, and for Sarah and Mike, those details were crafted with care to reflect both their style and their story. Guests were first greeted with a welcome drink, a thoughtful offering passed from a customized drink stand bearing the couple’s monogram in soft green. Served on the patio and near the water’s edge, these refreshments encouraged guests to pause and take in the setting, enjoying the early evening glow with champagne in hand and conversation flowing.
The escort board became one of the most admired features of the day. Designed as a custom statement piece, it was covered in green lattice and positioned as a grand welcome beside the reception entrance. Each tag hung from a pink ribbon tied gently onto gold hooks, arranged with precision and care. Florals in cheerful tones of pink and yellow were thoughtfully placed at each corner, offering a balanced burst of color that tied the piece into the surrounding landscape. A piece of this scale and beauty was made possible through the meticulous design, acute measurements, and hands-on craftsmanship of the Lavish Haus team—an effort that exemplified our commitment to creating unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experiences.
Every detail of Sarah and Mike’s wedding was infused with thoughtful design and intentional elegance. From soft seasonal hues to personalized notes and striking design features, their day reflected the essence of who they are. It was our honor to bring their vision to life and create an experience their guests will never forget.
