Earlier this spring, Lavish Haus Events had the exquisite pleasure of attending Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience, a summit hosted from April 7th–10th in the rolling hills of Castelfalfi, Italy. This enchanting event brought together visionaries and industry leaders from the world of weddings and events for days filled with inspiration, connection, and the unparalleled treatment that only Engage! can provide. From thoughtful details to transformative experiences, every moment invited us to grow, collaborate, and dream bigger.

Welcomed with Elegance: A Perfectly Curated Arrival

Our journey began beneath a radiant Tuscan sky as we arrived at registration atop sun-drenched hills, greeted by thoughtful touches and elegant gifts from Toscano, Mobot, and our gracious hosts at Castelfalfi. Engage! ensured every guest felt like royalty from the very start, whether a seasoned attendee or new to the summit. First-time guests were given an exclusive session, a thoughtful introduction to the transformative days ahead. The warm breeze carried the scent of olive groves as we connected with kindred spirits and industry icons. The atmosphere was refined yet welcoming, a balance only Engage! knows how to craft so effortlessly.

A Journey of Distinctive Days

Each day of Engage!25 Tuscany unveiled a unique chapter in our experience. The first day focused on heartfelt welcomes, opening new channels for meaningful conversations and connection. Day two introduced captivating educational sessions, beautifully interspersed with indulgent meals that allowed us to dive deeper into both cuisine and camaraderie. On the final day, guests explored tailored breakout sessions, choosing what inspired them most, followed by a tranquil poolside lunch bathed in golden light. That evening, the summit culminated in an extravagant gala, where live music echoed into the hills and elegance danced beneath the stars. The progression of events was flawlessly designed, with each element intentional and each memory unforgettable.

Design in Harmony: Nature Meets Creativity

Tuscany’s natural splendor provided the ideal canvas for Engage!’s masterful aesthetic. With a palette rooted in greens, yellows, deep reds, and warm neutrals, each vignette paid homage to the region’s rustic beauty while elevating it with refined artistry. A highlight of the summit was the unforgettable bee-themed dinner on Day 2, a whimsical yet sophisticated homage to nature’s most beloved pollinator. Yellow florals bloomed across the table while custom menus, delicately laser-cut into beehive hexagons, featured a central white and gold bee, drawing gasps of admiration. Suspended from above, oversized golden wings added a breathtaking layer of drama to the scene. It was a perfect marriage of imagination and natural elegance.
